shops proximity helpful staff free parking stained towels small room size hygiene issue
the location was great! plenty of shops were just outside. the staff were friendly and helpful, it charmed me. the hotel provided free parking, a bonus for those driving.
the towels had some stains, made me doubt the room's cleanliness. the room size was also small.

Acceptable, but not excellent
unpleasant odor small room
The tram was nearby, I appreciate the easy access it gave me.
The room was small and difficult to navigate. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, the source of WHich I believe to be the drains. IT was definitely a disappointment.

free parking friendly staff
the free parking was convenient , as i had a car. the trolley stop behind the hotel provided easy access to the central area. the staff members were also friendly.
the hotel's location seemed a bit far from the city center.

Fantastic Stay with Superb Staff!
helpful staff convenient parking comfortable bedroom
The staff were helpful and cheerful . Free parking was very convenient. My bedroom was very comfortable and clean. I found many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The tram line very near was also a plus!!!
There was a step down about 3 ft inside the bedroom door. This design could be dangerous. I needed a grab rail in the shower. Being elderly, it was a problem.

The hotel offers easy access to the tram. It is ideal for traveling around the city. I saw multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by the hotel. The area not sketchy at all.
