The tram was nearby, I appreciate the easy access it gave me.
The room was small and difficult to navigate. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, the source of WHich I believe to be the drains. IT was definitely a disappointment.

the free parking was convenient , as i had a car. the trolley stop behind the hotel provided easy access to the central area. the staff members were also friendly.
the hotel's location seemed a bit far from the city center.

The staff were helpful and cheerful . Free parking was very convenient. My bedroom was very comfortable and clean. I found many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The tram line very near was also a plus!!!
There was a step down about 3 ft inside the bedroom door. This design could be dangerous. I needed a grab rail in the shower. Being elderly, it was a problem.
